Best Oven Baked Chicken

Equipment

  • Oven Safe 12" saute pan

Ingredients
  

  • 4 each chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • Remove Chicken from refrigerator and salt
  • Pre-heat oven to 350F
  • Place saute pan on oven and melt 1 tbsp of ghee in pan on medium heat
  • Place chicken in hot pan and cook for 6 minutes each side
  • Transfer chicken to pre-heated oven and cook for 24 minutes, flipping 1/2 way through
  • Remove pan from oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes
  • Cut and serve
