Ingredients

full fat coconut milk

ghee

garlic powder

onion powder

Instructions
Fill large pan up with water and bring to a boil. Salt the water.
Using a large chef knife, cut cauliflower into florets
Bring salted water to a boil and immerse all the cauliflower into the pan.
Allow cauliflower to boil until soft, about 20-30 minutes
Check the softness with a fork.
Drain water from cauliflower and transfer to vitamix
Add coconut milk, ghee, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper
Blend on low in vitamix until creamy.
Transfer from vitamix
