add ghee and coconut oil to saute pan allow to melt
while the cooking fat is melting, chop the garlic and green onion
soften the garlic and the green onion on medium low heat in pan
add the frozen cauliflower to the pan and allow to absorb the fat
add the coconut aminos and salt
cook this down and stir until the cauliflower rice is hot and any moisture has evaporated
push the cauliflower to the side, add a small amount of ghee then break egg and scramble in the pan.
continue until egg is cooked through
combine all ingredients
top with cilantro
