Preheat oven to 350F. Line large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, combine the flaxseed meal and water, aside for 5 minutes
In a larger bowl, add ground meat, almond flour, spices
Pour flaxseed meal and water into the larger bowl
Using your hands, combine all ingredients until thoroughly mixed together. Roll into 1 1/2" diameter balls and drop onto parchment.
Place sheet into oven and bake for 15-20 minutes
