Egg Free Italian Paleo Meatballs

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 tbsp flaxmeal
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 3 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tsp organic dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350F. Line large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, combine the flaxseed meal and water, aside for 5 minutes
  • In a larger bowl, add ground meat, almond flour, spices
  • Pour flaxseed meal and water into the larger bowl
  • Using your hands, combine all ingredients until thoroughly mixed together. Roll into 1 1/2" diameter balls and drop onto parchment.
  • Place sheet into oven and bake for 15-20 minutes
