No Bake Keto Granola is Delicious
Our family likes to eat crunchy in our house. This recipe is super simple to make, tons of healthy fats, protein and crunch for a quick snack.
I love to eat it by the handful, take in my purse, have with me all the time. It is great at breakfast with a with a big glass of organic milk or, to stir up in some whole milk yogurt. There are endless possibilities.
Secret Ingredient
To simply my granola making I incorporate I use “ProGranola Vanilla Cinnamon Cluster” by Julian Bakery. It is soy free, gluten free, grain free and the crunch makes it delicious.
It is sweetened using monkfruit extract. Monkfruit has minimal impact on my bloodsugar.
I was thrilled to find this ingredient and use regularly in my No Bak Keto Granola recipe. It simplifies things and makes me super happy.

I keep all the bulk ingredients; nuts, seeds, coconut flakes and ProGranola Vanilla Cinnamon Clusters on hand in my home. I store the finished keto granola in a glass container and refill as needed.
Keto Granola Ingredients
chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans, almonds and macadamia)
sunflower seeds
coconut flakes

Variations of ingredients
With the exception of the almonds, which I like unsalted and roasted I use the raw versions of the other nuts. I like thinking that the healthy fats in the nuts are unprocessed and easier to absorb by our bodies.
Homemade Keto Granola Instructions
- Chop raw unsalted nuts on cutting board, or use food processor
- Place in large bowl
- Add coconut, seeds and Vanilla Cinnamon clusters
- Combine all ingredients and place in glass container

- 1 cup Walnuts raw, unsalted chopped
- 1 cup Almonds, roasted, unsalted chopped
- 1 cup Pecans, raw, unsalted chopped
- 1/2 cup Dried Coconut flakes, unsweetened
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds, raw unsalted
- 1/2 cup ProGranola Vanilla Cinnamon Cluster by Julian Bakery
Instructions
- combine all nuts into a food processor or place on cutting board and cut into small pieces
- place nuts into a large bowl
- add coconut flakes, sunflower seeds and ProGranola vanilla clusters
- combine thoroughly
- add to lidded glass container
